This was a very small purchase but it did not disappoint. Selected this one because it didn’t have the 3d printed appearance and the price was very low. A solid piece of plastic that fit both the ssd and the console. Appreciated!

So while the bracket does “fit”, it doesn’t fit very well. The right-most screw flange catches on the casing of 30001 consoles. So it’s a bit like cramming stuff together. I made it fit as best as i could by filing it down but it’s still not a perfect fit obviously. The outer flanges need more taken off the round edge.
I’d attach pictures, but this is easy enough to replicate on a console yourself.

Overall everything was fine, it didn’t take long to arrive and was safely shipped in a box. It includes 4 screws although the base has a total of 8 holes, keep in mind that not all fit perfectly with the SSD but it was possible to secure it with the 4 screws without making modifications.

Ordered retroscaler 2.5″ hdd bracket with screws for ps2 fat console. looks ok, quality of moulding is good but very lightweight. price was ok as well. fast shipping. was purchased as part of an aliexpress choice bundle. only 2 of the side screw holes line up with the chassis of the 2.5″ ssd. the sony ps2 is a 25 year old console and the ssd modification has been available for a long time now, so there should be no reason for fitment to be an issue.

The adapter material is good, but the SATA modem doesn’t fit properly into the adapter; the right screw entry doesn’t align with the right entry of the PS2 FAT. You have to tighten it a lot; the left screw of the modem tightens normally, but the right one doesn’t tighten, even after several attempts. I do not recommend buying this adapter.
